WHAT IS COMPLETE PILATES?

Complete Pilates was founded in 2007 by Armone Sullivan, a Competitive Cyclist, Classically Trained Dancer and health and fitness expert, looking for a way to make Pilates more relevant to athletes.

Complete Pilates offers a unique, vigorous approach to Pilates through its proprietary Performance Complete™ program. The most intense 55-minute training session available, the program is a modern spin on Pilates combining both new and traditional Pilates exercises with a focused cardio component to achieve noticeable results much quicker than with standard techniques.

Armone has developed an unconventional, results oriented Pilates workout that achieves visible muscle definition and weight loss significantly faster than any other kind of Pilates workout.

I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES. CAN I DO THE CLASSES OR SHOULD I DO PRIVATE SESSIONS FIRST?

Privates are a great way to get familiar with our studio.  Under the Level 1 Tab are classes for those not advanced on the reformer.  We’ll teach you how to fire up your core and use the equipment safely. And, no worries… you’ll get a major work out in class also.

Complete Pilates is geared toward athletic and fitness-minded men and women looking for a fun and effective program for strengthening, tightening, lengthening and toning the body while getting an amazing cardio workout. While cyclists, triathletes, dancers and fitness enthusiasts have come to Complete Pilates, everyone is welcome to come and experience an individualized training and fitness program designed to help you reach your personal goals.

Members and clients range in age from 16 to 75. We also offer specialized Pilates through Pregnancy programs and spine corrector classes.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. Leave all your worries behind. The class is for you. You need to be present minded when working out to maximize the benefits of the class.

  1. Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat!
  2. Water.  Mat if coming to Mat Class
  3. Wear loose, comfortable clothes that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe”.
  4. Jewelry is NOT a good idea. Your necklace may catch into the springs system (a nightmare to undo), and you may forget it or lose it. It creates too many opportunities for disaster (we know because we’ve seen it too many times), but wearing jewelry is a choice for you to make.
  5. No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others).
  6. No strong perfumes as some students are allergic.
  7. If you are about to renew, please bring your payment. Most of our clientele pay online using our automated system.
  8. Please understand that no classes can be confirmed if you’re not prepaid.
  9. Click liability waiver to download the Waiver of Liability to bring to class
  10. Please wait outside studio until the current class is finished.

WHAT IF I CAN’T COME TO CLASS AND I HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED? WILL I BE CHARGED?

Yes, even if it’s your first time. We absolutely require 8-hour notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. The same rules apply to the $239 unlimited special. During this special offer, we will charge an additional $25 each time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving us the full 8-hour notice. There are no exceptions.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT SCHEDULING CLASSES AND TO LEARN HOW TO USE THE AUTOMATED BOOKING SYSTEM?

Someone is usually available during class hours. We require all our members become familiar with our automated booking system. It is the easiest, fastest and most accurate way to book classes. If you forgot your password or need more info, call us or e-mail us.
