San Diego SeaLions
The San Diego SeaLions will attend Master Trainer Armone Sullivan’s weekly boot camp class, a 60-minute high intensity workout challenge, as well as regular pilates classes that combine new and traditional pilates exercises with a focused cardio component.
Armone customizes every workout specifically to help the SeaLions with flexibility and strength in a way they can’t find with just field workouts. By integrating pilates into their training routine, the SeaLions aim to gain a competitive edge over their rivals and return to the WPSL championships for the first time since 2000.
“Armone was a competitive cyclist and has a great reputation training professional athletes,” SeaLions Coach Paul Dougherty said.
“She knows how to read each player and push her to truly reach her goals. We’re looking forward to being a lean and mean force on the field.”

Saturday, January 10th, 2009Armone has spent the last eight years developing what is considered the most intense 55 minute training session available. It attacks excess bulk in the hips and thighs and tightens the body’s core muscles for abs of steel. It achieves visible muscle definition and weight loss significantly faster than any other kind of Pilates-based workout.
